Training week #2: my unexpected snapchat fame

I’d planned to do a post about my second week of training in Bangkok: so I took a video of my training session, and jokingly took a selfie video of my trainer and I whilst stretching afterwards. Oh look, Bangkok story is on atm, I should upload it for the lolz. 3hrs later, sitting at the mall waiting for a friend, I found out it had gotten over 3 million views. WHAAAAAT.

Now I can proudly (?) say that over 3 million people around the world have seen my sweaty face from a double-chin angle, go me! Who else can say that? Not many people, I think.

Anyways, second week: My fitness is still piss-poor, but I’m adjusting to the heat slowly. On the bright side, my rhythm has gotten waaaay better. I’m working with the trainers to minimise my energy expended by thinking about angles more: by stopping exaggerated movements when I elbow and kick, I get less tired and look like I’m not putting that much power into it, but actually getting quite a bit of force behind it. Bring on week 3!
